We enjoyed the crystal clear springs and made a few new friends! So fun to see all sorts of marine life along the St. Johns River! At the springs we see manatee, various fish, an occasional otter family, and all types beautiful birds. We’ve even seen several American Bald Eagles.

Stayed the night at “Lightning Bug Cove” and enjoyed watching the sun go down while listening to the crickets and bullfrogs put on a show. Dinner was simple… Mac N Cheese, but for some reason it tastes SO much better out here! There is nothing like dining under the stars…
